Services
TPrime Services delivers comprehensive supportive care for male or female adults, children, and families with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DDs) in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Every day program is tailored to build meaningful skills and abilities.
Eligibility
Individuals with primary diagnosis of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities – autism, vision impairment, spastic cerebral palsy, epilepsy, hearing loss, down syndrome, and mental impairment. Possess or be eligible for an ID/DD Medicaid Waiver (BI, FIS, and CL Waiver).
Our Services
In-Home Support & Personal Assistance
Comprehensive in-home care including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, mobility assistance, meal planning, and housekeeping.
Our trained professionals provide 24/7 monitoring for health, safety, and wellness with dignity and respect.
Community Engagement & Behavioral Support
Build friendships and social connections, recreation, volunteer programs, community integration, and employment coaching with TPrime Services’ support.
Behavioral support to help individuals develop independence and reduce challenging behaviors.
Independent Living Support
Skill building and training in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental ADLs (IADL) – personal care, meal preparation, laundry, and house keeping.
Transportation to shopping centers, day programs, medical appointments, social/recreational centres.
